We sell home fragrance products including candles and wax melts. We make every effort to display product details accurately. Because our items may be produced in small batches, slight variations in color, finish, label appearance, or fragrance perception may occur.
3) Candle and Wax Melt Safety
Always follow the care and safety instructions provided with your product. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable materials. Use wax melts only in approved warmers and according to the warmer manufacturer’s directions. Serenity & Comfort Co. is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss caused by misuse or failure to follow safety instructions.
4) Orders and Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, inventory issues, or errors. If we cancel an order after payment, you will be refunded.
We may also limit quantities purchased per order, per household, or per customer when necessary.
5) Pricing and Taxes
Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated. Taxes (if applicable) are calculated at checkout. If a pricing or product description error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it and to cancel or adjust the order as permitted by law (with notice and refund if applicable).
6) Shipping and Delivery
We ship to the United States and Canada. Processing time is typically 1–2 business days, except holidays. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless required by law).
